Stefani trained at Paul Mitchell’s San Francisco Institute of Esthetics & Cosmetology. Her experience includes working with Stephanie Kocielski, Artistic Director for Robert Cromeans Salon and John Paul Mitchell Systems Master Associate; Robert Cromeans, legendary platform artist and industry icon; Scott Cole, creator of COLORCUTTING®USA, 2003 Hair colorist of the Year and 2004 Master Stylist of the Year; Linda Yodice, Artistic Director for John Paul Mitchell Systems The Color, and implementer of the block color method; and Takashi Kitamura, world renowned hairstylist and senior member of A Robert Cromeans Salon show team.

Stefani has extensive training in formal cutting with Vivianne McKinder, four-time North American Hairdressing Award winner and learned advanced styling with award-winning hairstylist, author, and premier beauty industry educator Yosh Toya.

She also has the experience of working on photo shoots at Plush Studios under the direction of Debra Dietrich, a visionary stylist with a resume of film and television series clients including MILK, Bottle Shock, Valley of the Heart's Delight, The Matrix Reloaded, The Matrix Revolutions, Gamer Nation, Path To War, Sweeny Todd and Nash Bridges.

Stefani enjoys cutting hair and creating the right cut for each of her clients. But, it is when she can add the perfect color to those cuts that she becomes truly passionate. She feels that part of the reason for her success as a hairstylist, is her ability to listen to clients and to understand what they want from their hairstyle. She works hard to help them achieve the look they want for everyday and special occasions.

Stefani’s future goal is to travel nationally and internationally showing off her skills in front of audiences and educating aspiring stylists about what is new and innovative in the beauty industry as a platform artist for Paul Mitchell. She also hopes to one day own her own salon.
