Karlye joined the Salon West family in 2011 after she graduated from Lytle’s Beauty College. Karlye excels at highlighting and cool blonding techniques. She enjoys complimenting her client’s haircuts with highlights or lowlights for dimension and shine. In 2016, Karlye became a Sebastian Brand Ambassador, providing her with the opportunity to learn about educating other stylists on Sebastian products and how to use Sebastian products with ultimate results. Learning new skills and keeping up on trends is important to Karlye and she has participated in extended education such as:
