Cut & Style
Salon West stylists will use the right tools and techniques to achieve the cut and style that’s best for you. Wet or dry cut, razor or shears, classic, contemporary or a new take on a traditional style, everything is taken into consideration to achieve your best look. Included with every cut are shampoo, conditioning and blow-dry.
Book a bang trim as a great option for extending the life of your cut. It’s a quick and inexpensive service.
Color
Hair color is one of the most creative and easiest ways to breath new life into any hairstyle. It’s also the best way to entirely change your overall look. Overall color can be conceived and executed to be completely natural or totally dramatic and innovative. Stylists will work with you to ensure that whatever you want it is the most flattering for your skin tone and eye color. Creating truly ageless color and gray cover up is a salon specialty. Contrasting, hair zones and softening and blending are just a few of the tools employed to achieve it. Salon West stylists apply color using foils, freehand painting or a combination of both to obtain gorgeous results from the delicate to dramatic. Light highlights create a vivid face-framing look. Low contrasts are used for a more natural look. Transparent glosses can be applied for overall movement and shine. Every color includes shampoo, conditioning and blow-dry.
Styling and Special Events Coiffure
Salon West stylists have styled client’s hair for weddings, homecoming and prom dances, Quincenaras, birthday and anniversary celebrations, Halloween costumes and many other special occasions. Hair extensions, wedding and some other special event hair requires a consultation before the event.
Restructuring, Reconditioning and Rebonding Treatments
Experts in changing hair structure for curl or to straighten and smooth, Salon West stylists have the education and experience to provide several advanced hair techniques. Full or partial perms are used to create tight and bouncy curls or loose beach waves. Straightening options include a permanent hair relaxer to soften coarse, tight curls, iStraight to improve hair’s feel, softness, shine and manageability, The Keratin for diminishing frizz and Thermal Straightening to smooth bulky, loose to medium curls.
Conditioning Treatment
A deep conditioning treatment penetrates the hair shaft to restore natural shine. It restores weakened and damaged hair and strengthens it to prevent breakage and split ends. Deep conditioning is especially beneficial to colored and chemically treated hair. Scheduling a periodic deep conditioning treatment can help hair stay healthy and beautiful.

With long practice and care, facial hair waxing of brow, lip and chin & face are a quick and nearly painless experience.
Makeup
Starting with professional airbrush foundation application, a long-lasting special occasion makeup look brings out each client’s best beauty features. Overall makeup colors are blended for each individual skin tone enhancing natural beauty and structure of cheeks, brows, lips and lids. The makeup look can be finished off with faux eyelash application. Makeup artists are adept at creating customized looks for special occasion venues and events.
